End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CareBuddy App ("App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

CareBuddy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• No posting or sharing of objectionable content, including but not limited to hate speech, violence, harassment, or illegal material.
• No abusive behavior towards other users.
• No modification, reverse-engineering, or hacking of the App.
• No unlawful or fraudulent activities using the App.

4. Content Filtering and Moderation

CareBuddy implements content filtering measures and reserves the right to remove any content that violates this EULA. Users may report objectionable content through the in-app reporting feature or via email at carebuddy2023@gmail.com.

5. User Blocking and Reporting Mechanism

Users can block and report abusive users through the in-app settings. CareBuddy will review all reports and take appropriate action, including content removal or user suspension.

6. Response to Reports

CareBuddy commits to reviewing and acting on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Offending content and users may be removed or banned at CareBuddy's discretion.

7. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

CareBuddy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App for any violation of this EULA.

9. Limitation of Liability

CareBuddy is not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
