2. System Requirements

Supported Platforms:

• iOS: iOS 18 and above
• Android: Android 5 and above. (Android 14 and above recommended)

3. End User License Agreement (EULA)

By using CareBuddy App, you agree to our End User License Agreement (EULA). This agreement includes:

• No Tolerance for Objectionable Content: Users must not post content that is offensive, abusive, or violates any laws.
• Content Filtering: We actively filter objectionable content using automated and manual review systems.
• Reporting System: Users can report any objectionable content via the in-app report feature or by emailing carebuddy2023@gmail.com.
• User Blocking: Users have the ability to block and report abusive users.
• Action on Reports: All reports of objectionable content will be reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours, and offending content or users will be removed.

Improved according to pilot feedback on 10 March, 2025

• Improved the display of caregiver names.
• The app icon now shows the number of unread notifications.
• Your joined service center list is updated automatically.
